The Commercial Assistant acts as an interface between the staff of the Commercial Department and other departments of the company, as well as clients, suppliers and distributors.

The Commercial Assistant works directly with the buyers and the product managers. He or she collects and checks the information sent by the buyer, ensuring the accuracy and the relevance of the information (data about the supplier, lists of available goods and quantities, photos, catalogues, presentation files of the goods identified).

He or she presents the files to the product manager, makes requests for advance payment of the orders when applicable and provides administrative support: managing samples, preparing and sending product sheets to exhibitions, explaining the offers received from the Marketing Department to the buyer.
